At Acovia Beverages, we only offer replacement for products received in a damaged condition.

Eligibility:

- Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
* A continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
* Clear photos of the damaged product may also be requested.

Please Note:

* Refunds are not available.
* Replacement requests without an uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
* Product images, packaging visuals, and promotional banners on our website and social media are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
